Our Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not, we offer a straightforward return and exchange process.

Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
  • Items must be in their original, unused, and unopened condition, with all seals and packaging intact.
  • A proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required.

Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:

  • Any products that have been opened, used, or tampered with.
  • Gift cards or downloadable items.

The Process

  1. Initiate a Request: Please contact our customer service team within the eligible return window to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  2. Package Your Items: Securely package the item(s) in their original packaging, include the RMA number inside the package, and mail them back to us.
  3. Refund or Exchange: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval status.
    • For refunds, your original payment method will be credited within 10 business days.
    • For exchanges, we will ship the requested replacement item once the return is processed.

Shipping Costs

  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong item shipped).
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately with photos of the product and packaging. We will arrange a prepaid return label and expedite a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
